Terms of service

1. General
These general terms apply to all services and products provided by Städ-Robotar. By using our services you accept these terms.
2. Rental agreements
All rental agreements for autonomous cleaning robots are concluded in writing and specify model, rental period, monthly cost, and included services.
Standard agreements run from 12 months with the option to extend. Notice of termination is 3 months before the end of the agreement period.
3. Delivery and installation
Delivery and installation are included in all rental agreements. We provide site mapping, route programming, and staff training. Installation typically completes within 10 business days from a signed agreement.
4. Service and maintenance
Preventive maintenance and repairs from normal wear and tear are included in the rental agreement. We offer remote monitoring and on-site service when needed.
The customer is responsible for daily handling per the accompanying instructions, including emptying tanks and replacing consumables.
5. Liability and insurance
The robots are insured throughout the rental period. The customer is liable for damage caused by negligent handling or use contrary to the instructions. Städ-Robotar is liable for product defects and normal wear.
6. Pricing and payment
All prices are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise specified. Invoicing is monthly with 30-day payment terms. Late payment incurs default interest under the Swedish Interest Act.
7. Force majeure
Either party is released from liability for failure to perform an obligation under the agreement if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond that party's control which could not reasonably have been foreseen.
8. Disputes
Disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached the dispute shall be settled by Swedish general court with Gothenburg District Court as the first instance. Swedish law shall apply.
