Can the robot handle multiple floors?

Yes, but the robot needs to be moved manually between floors unless lift control is available. For multi-storey buildings we map each floor separately and hand the robot over to facilities staff on a routine basis.

Can we connect the robot to our access control system?

We integrate with common access control systems via API or physical RFID tags so the robot reaches the areas it should, and only those. Specifics are agreed at installation.

What does the service agreement cover if the robot breaks?

Our standard agreement includes a 24 hour SLA from Gothenburg, remote diagnostics, and a replacement unit during longer downtime. Consumables (brushes, mops, filters) are swapped on schedule and included in the monthly fee so the HEPA H13 filter always meets specification.

What reporting do facility managers get after each cycle?

After every route a digital report is delivered with covered area, runtime, battery level, and any incidents. It can be exported as PDF or pushed directly into your facility system, giving traceable quality across open-plan, corridors, and meeting rooms.
