The Zaco X1000 is primarily designed for hard floors and short-pile carpet. For deep-pile wall-to-wall carpet we recommend a dedicated carpet cleaner or excluding those zones from the robot's route.

The robot needs to be moved manually between floors unless lift control is available. For larger hotels we typically place one unit per floor cluster; smaller properties move it via housekeeping on a routine basis.
